Pay for outcomes,
not headcount
Paid plans have a monthly fee that includes an allowance of AI resolves; past it you pay per resolve only if you turn overage on — human conversations are unlimited on every plan. Every plan includes seats, AI is never an add-on, and the rates for every self-serve plan are on this page, excluding VAT
A resolve = a conversation the AI closes end-to-end, no human involved
- Handed to a human? Not a resolve
- All channels on every plan
- Email alert at 90% of allowance
- Overage off until you turn it on
Custom resolve volume, seats and terms — API included
Prices exclude VAT; taxes and invoices are handled by Paddle at checkout.
WhatsApp messages are billed by Meta directly to you, separately from your subscription.

An estimate at annual billing, excluding VAT and any WhatsApp fees Meta bills you directly — not a quote. Your actual AI resolve rate depends on your traffic and knowledge base; the live dashboard shows the real numbers from day one. Market figure: median public list price of AI agents billed per resolution, October 2026.
You see the bill before it exists
A live dashboard tracks used, remaining and projected resolves all month, and you get an email at 90%. When the allowance runs out the AI stops, unless you’ve turned overage on — your call
The total is the easy half. Owners and admins also see what the AI actually spent per unit, over any stretch of days they pick

A period where something never happened shows a dash, not a zero — the division is skipped rather than faked

With overage off, the AI stops taking new conversations at the threshold or when the included resolves run out, whichever comes first; with overage on, conversations past it bill €0.02 each. Each threshold rises to ≈3.3× the resolves the AI actually delivers, so at an AI Handle Rate above ~30% you don’t reach it.
The fine print, in large type
How resolves, seats, overage and invoices actually work
What’s a “resolve”?
One customer conversation the AI handles end-to-end without a human. Paid plans include a monthly allowance (Free: a one-time 50); past it you pay per resolve — only for the ones the AI actually closes, and never more than once per conversation.
Do hand-offs to my team cost anything?
Not as a resolve. If the AI passes a conversation to a person, it doesn’t count against your included resolves and is not billed as a resolve. It does count towards your plan’s conversation threshold, like every conversation the AI replies in — which only matters if fewer than ~30% of them end in a resolve.
Is TruSend priced per seat?
Not the way help-desk suites do it. Every plan includes seats — Free starts with 3, Growth comes with 6 — and extra seats are a flat €12 (Starter), €15 (Growth) or €10 (Pro) a month, or €10, €12 and €8 on annual billing. Beyond the included seats, each extra person costs only the flat seat fee; usage charges depend on what the AI handles.
What happens if I go over my plan’s resolves?
By default the AI stops when your plan’s included resolves run out or it reaches your plan’s conversation threshold, whichever comes first — new conversations stay with your team, nothing extra is billed, and the inbox and widget keep working. To keep the AI going, the workspace owner turns on overage with one switch in billing settings: resolves past the allowance bill at the rate published on your plan — €0.30 on Starter, €0.20 on Growth, €0.12 on Pro — and AI conversations past the threshold at €0.02 each. You get an email alert at 90%, and a live dashboard shows used, remaining and projected.
Is there a limit on how many conversations the AI handles?
Yes — a conversation threshold: 150 in total on Free, 500 a month on Starter, 2,500 on Growth and 10,000 on Pro. It counts every conversation the AI replies in, and it rises to ≈3.3× the resolves the AI actually delivers whenever that’s higher — so at an AI Handle Rate of ~30% or more you never reach it. Below that, with overage off, the AI stops taking new conversations at the threshold: they go to your team and nothing extra is billed. With overage on, the AI keeps going and conversations past the threshold bill €0.02 each. Either way you’re alerted before you reach it. A persistently low rate almost always means a thin knowledge base — feed it and the rate climbs.
What happens when the Free plan’s 50 resolves run out?
Free includes a one-time 50 resolves and 150 AI conversations — it’s a sandbox, not a quota that renews. When either runs out, the AI stops taking new conversations; your inbox and widget keep working, and upgrading restores the AI instantly.
Monthly or annual — what’s the difference?
Annual billing drops the monthly equivalent by 20–23% depending on the plan (Growth: €129 → €99) and is charged once a year. Extra seats get cheaper too (Growth: €15 → €12 a month). Everything else — resolves, included seats, features — is identical.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Cancel any time — your plan runs to the end of the period and your data stays exportable.
How do taxes and invoices work?
Checkout and billing run through Paddle as merchant of record: VAT and sales tax are calculated and remitted automatically, and every charge comes with a proper invoice.
Are all channels on every plan?
Yes. Email, Telegram, WhatsApp and Meta are on every plan, Free included — no channel is locked behind a higher tier. WhatsApp messages themselves are billed by Meta directly to your WhatsApp Business account, at Meta’s own rates and separately from your TruSend subscription. From October 1, 2026, that includes replies inside the 24-hour customer-service window, whether your team or the AI sends them.
Is translation included, and is there a limit?
Yes, on every plan. Your team reads customer messages in its own language and replies in the customer’s, and the chat widget offers visitors a translation of your team’s replies. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of translated characters: 500K on Free, 10M on Starter, 25M on Growth, 50M on Pro, unlimited on Enterprise. Only new text counts — anything already translated is reused for free. You get an email at 90%; at the limit, translation pauses until the 1st of the next month (UTC) and messages show in their original language. It’s never billed as overage.
