Representative in the European Union

We are established outside the European Union, so under article 27 GDPR we have appointed a representative in the Union. People in the EEA and the supervisory authorities can address them on any data-protection matter, in addition to contacting us directly.

Supervision and authorisations

Providing software services does not require a licence or authorisation in the Republic of Serbia, and we are not a member of a regulated profession. The competent supervisory authority for personal data protection in the Republic of Serbia is the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection. Data subjects in the EEA may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in the Member State of their habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement (article 77 GDPR).

Digital Services Act

The single point of contact for Member State authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services (article 11 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065) is support@trusend.ai. Recipients of the service can contact us (article 12) by email at support@trusend.ai or through the chat on this site. Payments and prices

Prices are published on the pricing page in euros, exclusive of any sales tax or VAT that applies where you are. Subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our merchant of record: Paddle is the seller and reseller of record for the transaction, issues the invoice, and collects and remits the applicable taxes. Your order confirmation and invoice come from Paddle.
