Every notable change — product, site and company — written down when it ships, not when it markets well. A young product should be judged by its pace; here’s ours

  1. Company

    Pricing v4: Starter and Pro repriced, founding program doubles

    • Starter is now $39/mo billed annually ($49 monthly) and Pro $349/mo billed annually ($449 monthly) — Growth stays $99/$129, Free stays free
    • Included resolves, overage rates, seats and fair-use are unchanged on every plan
    • The founding program grows from six spots to twelve, in two waves — and the locked founding price becomes a $768 annual prepay

    Pricing restated: one fair-use story, AI-only metering made explicit

    • Fair-use now reads the same everywhere — cards, calculator, FAQ, docs and terms: $0.02 per AI conversation only past ≈3.3× the resolves actually delivered, $0 at any AI Handle Rate above ~30%, at any volume
    • Growth’s published guide corrected to 2,667 — the formula’s own number at included resolves, so the published figure is the billed figure
    • Plan cards now meter “AI resolves” and state “Human replies — unlimited” in the grid itself; the calculator gained an Annual/Monthly toggle matching the cards

    Fair-use conversation limits, published on every plan

    • Every plan now shows a fair-use ceiling on total AI conversations — 500 Starter, 2,700 Growth, 10,000 Pro — about 3× the resolve allowance
    • It only bites below a ~30% AI Handle Rate, where the AI attempts far more than it resolves — usually a thin knowledge base, not honest volume
    • Conversations past the ceiling are priced openly at $0.02; the calculator now models it and the billing FAQ and docs explain it

    More included seats on Free, Starter and Growth

    • Free now includes 3 seats (was 1) — evaluate the team workflow, not just a solo inbox
    • Starter 2 → 4 and Growth 5 → 6 — support is a team sport, and seats were never our pricing lever
    • The bill still scales with what the AI resolves, not how many people you invite
  5. Company

    Founding customers program opens

    • Six founding spots: a six-week pilot on full Growth with 5,000 resolve credits and a $0 base
    • Success criteria agreed up front — miss them and you walk away free; the performance risk is ours
    • Hit them and Growth is $64/mo, locked for as long as you stay (list $129)
    • A direct line to the founders — feedback goes into the roadmap, not a form
