Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy is issued by Vlas Dmitrenko PR IT usluge TruSend Beograd (Savski Venac) (“TruSend”, “we”), the operator of trusend.ai. It describes the cookies and similar technologies used on trusend.ai — cookies, local storage, session storage, and scripts that read information from your browser — what each one is used for, who provides it, how long it is kept, and whether it requires your consent.

What we do not use

• No advertising or retargeting cookies.
• No cross-site tracking or data brokers.
• No session-recording, heatmap or screen-replay tool.
• We do not sell information collected through these technologies.

Strictly necessary

These technologies are strictly necessary to deliver the site and the services you request, to keep them secure, and to remember your consent choice. They cannot be switched off through Cookie settings. Under the Serbian Law on Electronic Communications and Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC (the ePrivacy Directive), as implemented in EU Member States, they do not require consent.

• Security and bot protection — Cloudflare, our hosting and content delivery provider, may set the __cf_bm cookie to distinguish human visitors from automated traffic and to protect the site from abuse. It expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. The demo on the home page and the Platform page also uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot check that runs in your browser, to protect the demo from automated use.
• Your consent choice — this site stores trusend_consent_v1 in local storage to record whether you accepted or declined each purpose. It has no expiry date and remains in your browser until you clear site data for trusend.ai.

The representative’s certificate

The certificate described below does not set cookies or write to local or session storage, and it does not track you across other websites.

• Certificate of representation — the Privacy Policy page displays a certificate image loaded from Prighter’s servers. Prighter EU Rep GmbH is our representative in the European Union under Article 27 GDPR. Loading that page sends your IP address and standard browser request information to Prighter.

Audience and page-speed measurement

If you accept, we load Google Tag Manager, which loads Google Analytics on this website. Google Analytics tells us which pages are visited and how visitors arrive at the site. It also records your approximate location (country, region and city), worked out from your IP address, which Google does not store, and information about your device and browser (device type, operating system, browser and screen resolution). We do not use it for advertising, retargeting or profiling, and we do not sell the information it collects. Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_*, which contain a pseudonymous identifier assigned to your browser and are kept for up to two years. Google Analytics keeps event-level data for 2 months.

If you accept, we also load Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures how quickly pages load in your browser and reports load timings, the page address and your approximate region to Cloudflare. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and assigns no identifier, so separate visits cannot be linked. We use it to find and fix slow pages. Individual measurements are kept for 7 days and then aggregated.

Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics are not loaded, and no request is made to Google or to Cloudflare’s analytics service, unless you accept audience measurement. Declining does not affect the rest of the site.

Cloudflare, Inc. processes page-speed measurements as our processor. Google Ireland Limited processes Google Analytics data as our processor. Its affiliate Google LLC in the United States acts as its subprocessor, so the data may be transferred to the United States. The safeguard for that transfer is stated on the subprocessors page. We rely on your consent for this processing.

The chat widget

The chat widget on this site is provided by TruSend. Without your consent, the widget stores only the strictly necessary items listed below. Information stored by the widget is not used for advertising. Messages you send through the chat are processed as described in the Privacy Policy, including by the providers listed on the subprocessors page.

• Strictly necessary — nerv_anon_vid, a cookie containing a random visitor identifier, set when you start using the chat so that your conversation continues as you move between pages. Without your consent it is a session cookie and is deleted when you close the browser. nerv_consent_*, a cookie set when you make your choice in the banner, which records that choice for one year.
• Record of your choice — when you accept, decline or withdraw consent to the widget’s optional storage, the widget sends a record of that choice to our servers: the choice, whether it was made in the banner or passed on by the website, a checksum of the banner text shown, the link to the privacy policy, the time on your device and the time we received it, and the widget’s visitor identifier, if one has been set. Your IP address and browser details are not part of this record, and nothing is stored on your device for this; like every request to our servers, the request that carries it appears in our operational logs, which are kept for 14 days. We keep the record for 3 years from receipt to show whether consent was given.
• Only with your consent — nerv_anon_vid kept for one year instead of for the session, and local storage holding the conversation (messages, a short-lived sign-in token, read state) and your widget preferences, and ChatWidgetDB in IndexedDB holding copies of media files exchanged in the conversation, so that you can return to your conversation on a later visit. Also the counters used for proactive messages — proactive-triggers-behavior (pages viewed, number of visits) in local storage, and nerv_session_id, nerv_time_on_site and nerv_trigger_fire_count in session storage — used to decide when a proactive message is shown and to limit how often it appears. Session storage is cleared when you close the tab; local storage and IndexedDB have no expiry date and remain until they are deleted by the widget or you clear site data for trusend.ai.

The choice you make in the banner on this site for remembering your chat between visits applies to the chat widget. Until you make a choice, and if you decline, the widget writes only the strictly necessary items listed above. You can use the chat without giving consent; in that case this browser stays connected to your conversation only until you close the browser. How long we keep the conversation itself is described in the Privacy Policy.

Your choices

You can accept or decline Google Analytics and the chat widget’s optional storage separately, using Choose in the banner, or both at once. Both stay off unless you accept them. You are asked in the banner on your first visit. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of every page, which reopens the banner. Withdrawal takes effect immediately: Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics stop running, Google Analytics cookies are deleted from your browser, and the conversation data the widget stored on the basis of your consent is deleted from your browser. Your widget preferences, such as language and sound, remain in your browser until you clear site data for trusend.ai. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it.

You can also delete or block cookies and other site data for trusend.ai in your browser settings. Doing so ends any open chat session in that browser, and the consent banner will be shown again on your next visit.
